Andrew Stone
Director
Andrew has a diverse background that uniquely positions him to lead and innovate in the soft FM field. With 15 years of dedicated service as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police, Andrew developed exceptional skills in leadership, crisis management and operational efficiency. After transitioning from law enforcement, he gained valuable experience in the logistics industry as a Transport Supervisor for a prominent haulage firm, where he honed his abilities in resource coordination and fleet management.
Andrew later leveraged his extensive security knowledge and strategic thinking as a Business Development Manager for a security company, where he successfully expanded the client base and improved service offerings. His combined expertise in public safety, logistics, business development and a pragmatic approach to problems makes him an asset to the facilities management sector, with a common sense approach to ensuring safe, efficient and well-maintained environments for our clients.
Russell Webb
Director
Russell has experience in policing, security and supply chain management. Russell initially took on the Operations Manager role of a company providing soft services and security on a nationwide basis. This has led him to join Andrew in the creation of AttolloWest, with aims to lead standards within the industry through transparent and fair practices, focused on the customer.
Prior to this, Russell has 17 years’ experience as a Police Officer, developing his expertise in keeping people safe. His employment in the police culminated in a firearms posting as part of the protection team for the Royal Family.
